Dr. Angelique Johnson is CEO& Founder of MEMStim LLC, a company that produces implantable electronics to treat neurological disorders. With a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, a BS in Computer Engineering and a BA in Mathematics from University of Maryland, Baltimore County, her work on microfabricated electrode arrays has resulted in several national and international patents, acquired funding from the NSF and received Millions in prestigious & highly competitive SBIR awards from the NIH.
Dr. Johnson’s expertise is sought out at the highest levels, including the US House of Representatives Small Business Committee. She has served as a speaker for the eighth district of the Federal Reserve, the Royal Academy of Science International Trust (RASIT); the International Chamber of Commerce; and the United Nations Assembly on Women and Girls in Science. She lends her leadership to the Standing Council, NSF Engineering Research Visioning Alliance; the KY Statewide EPSCOR Committee; the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and
Bioengineering SBIR; the NSF National Nanotechnology Coordinated Infrastructure (NNCI) External Advisory Board and Medtech Color.
Combining her passion and her expertise in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship, Dr. Johnson founded Vissionaireum-- an organization that promotes, trains, and equips under-served entrepreneurs to achieve their God given visions. She has been featured prominently in reputable media outlets including NBC Universal; National Public Radio, in The Root news site; in the Louisville Insider, and in Business First Magazine.

Roselin Rosario-Meléndez, Ph.D. is a Polymer Chemist, Inventor and Women in STEM Advocate with background in multiple STEM fields. She obtained her B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico at Cayey in 2008 and her Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from Rutgers University in 2013. For her graduate work, Roselin invented new biomaterials for drug delivery applications and became an inventor in multiple patents. After earning her PhD, she worked for an ingredient supplier company for 2 years and in a cosmetics company for 6 years.
As a cosmetic chemist Roselin formulated extreme wear makeup and was an inventor in 37 patent applications globally, she was able to see multiple formulas in the market. Her major contribution to the cosmetics field was the invention of Maybelline’s SuperStay Matte Ink, a best seller extreme wear lipstick with a comfortable feel. In April 2021 she decided to leave her job in the cosmetics industry to spend time with her family, refine her knowledge and look for an opportunity in which she can utilize her skills, experience and knowledge to make a significant impact in society.
Roselin recently started a new position in which she uses her polymer chemistry and formulation knowledge for medical devices. Roselin is also AAAS If/Then Ambassador, a position she uses to elevate her passion for mentoring, diversity and outreach.

Dr. Ronda Hamm is passionate about providing enriching science and agriculture experiences for everyone. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Education at Fresno State University. She taught at Clovis East and Sierra High Schools before starting her graduate education. She received her Master of Science and Doctorate degrees in Entomology at Cornell University. Currently, she is the Global Academic Relations Leader for Corteva Agriscience. In this role, she develops and implements strategies and relationships to promote people and innovations for the future of agriculture. She has previously held roles as a Patent Liaison, Project Leader, and Senior Biologist conducting both laboratory and field research in Urban Pest Management and Northern Crops. Dr. Hamm was named an American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) If/Then Ambassador. In 2019 she was recognized as an Indiana Woman of Achievement with Distinction in Science Education. She received the Distinguished Informal Educator Award from the National Science Teaching Association (NSTA) and the Entomological Foundation Medal of Honor for her entrepreneurship in founding three successful science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) programs (two while in graduate school and one at Corteva Agriscience) that continue to grow.
